2- Blueprient

It is simply “the master plan of ERP implementation and configuration”

Depending on business analysis results, we answer 4 major questions

  •  What is happening (current situation)?

  •  What are the ERP options to manage the current situation?

  •  What is the gap between ERP and current situation?

  •  What is the volume of needed change management?

to prepare a proper document which contain all major and mainour details.

3- Testing

This step contains the following stages:-

  1. Buildup the digital environment and Configure the ERP system depending on the blueprint.  

  2. Uploading samples of the master data to make the system more friendly in testing.

  3. After ensuring the ERP had implemented as planned in the blueprint, we start uploading the full master data in 2 independed environments ( Development & Production).

  4.  Training the users in the Development environment where they can try as many as they need.

4- Go-live

This is the final step in the transformation project, here you can touch your future and see the impact of the digitalization on your daily business transactions.
